This Privacy Policy explains how Swedish Planning Solutions AB (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the RO Buddy mobile application (the “App”) and the website robuddy.se.
In short: RO Buddy does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The App has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Everything the App does happens on your device.
We do not collect any personal data through the App. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not transmit information about you or your device to us or to any third party.
Timer settings, stage configurations, and shot times you record are stored locally on your device so that the App can work between sessions. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is deleted when you delete the App or clear its data.
RO Buddy asks for microphone access in order to detect shots, and for camera access in features that read targets. Audio and images are processed on your device in real time for these purposes only. They are not recorded for us, not uploaded, and not shared with anyone. You can withdraw these permissions at any time in your device settings; the features that rely on them will then stop working.
Because we do not collect personal data, we have nothing to sell, share, or disclose to third parties. We do not use advertising networks or analytics providers in the App.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection regarding personal data held about you. As we hold no personal data about App users, there is normally nothing for us to provide or erase. If you contact us by email, we will process your message only to answer it, and you may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.
If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
